Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Simplipic when you browse the site, create an account, download illustrations or buy credits, theme packs or Full Access. By using Simplipic you accept them.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
- Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account is for one person. Sharing a login, or reselling access to it, is not allowed. Teams should buy a seat for each member.
- Give us accurate details, including a working email address, so we can send receipts and licence information.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Polar (polar.sh), which charges your card, adds the sales tax or VAT that applies where you live, and issues your invoice. We never see or store your full card details.
3. What you can buy
- Credits: one credit unlocks one premium illustration. Packs are $5 for 5, $10 for 12 and $20 for 30 credits. Credits do not expire while your account is open.
- Theme packs: a one-time purchase of every illustration in one theme ($6, or $12 for themes of 40 or more pieces), including pieces we add to that theme later.
- Full Access: a subscription at $15 a month or $144 a year that unlocks the whole library and every new release, with up to 20 downloads a day.
4. Subscriptions
Full Access renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Account → Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We will email you at least 14 days before any price change, and the new price only applies from your next renewal.
5. Fair use
The daily download limit on Full Access and the free plan exists to keep the library fair. Automated downloading, scraping, or using bots or scripts to collect files is not allowed and may lead to suspension.
6. Licences
Every download comes with a licence. What you may do with a file depends on how you got it, and is set out in the License tab. The illustrations remain the property of Simplipic and its artists; you receive a licence to use them, not ownership.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use Simplipic illustrations in content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory, or that depicts people in a way they would reasonably object to.
- Do not remove watermarks from previews or try to download originals without unlocking them.
- Do not upload, share or sell Simplipic files as your own work, including in other marketplaces.
8. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Licences for files you downloaded and used properly before closure stay valid.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Simplipic is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it available and the files accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for important changes, email you before they take effect. Continuing to use Simplipic after that means you accept the update.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
